we had to run up to Rapid you guys paid threw the VA for me to get a nerve decompression on my right leg. that DR you picked out is good. any way I get to ride back. mixed blessings lets just leave it there. but this is the morning run we will be doing on the hills, Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Mammoth site run. decided to reverse it from my original plans so you can see the lighting ceremony at Rushmore. it's kind of cool if you have never seen it. the one promise I will make is we will not leave anyone out on our two buss trips. we have enough we will get two buses but everyone that wants to go will go.
