Chicken or the Ambulance?

What's going on here? Looks like the chicken place is delivering (money?) to the ambulance.

I saw the photo on e-bay but there's no identification with it. The door of the ambulance might say "Fairless Hills" - there is a Levittown-Fairless Hills Rescue Squad in the Philadelphia, PA area.

She looks like a nurse, possibly giving coupons to the local hospital for fundraiser! and using ambulance seemed to be best way to get her to the site, only guessing here.Did a quick google search Fairless Hills rescue squad based in Levittown PA.this photo 1966,but no story, search of the squads site shows all females were either nurses or dressed like nurses,if it is free chicken for the crews gotta love that place.

Looks like the papers in the bucket say "FREE", so maybe the chicken place was thanking them for something by giving them free meals?
