Just wanted to drop you all a line tonight that I have been fully acquitted of all of my charges. Stark County Common Pleas Court Judge Lee Sinclair dismissed all of the charges against Kyle and myself immediately after the prosecution rested as the case lacked any merit. I wanted to thank everyone that believed in me during this time and devoted your thoughts and prayers. Now I can go back to work and start working on taking my 6 weeks of vacation.

Ron, I was following it through the internet. That is great news. Prayers do get answered. Sorry your boy had to go through that "stuff". Guess we'll see you back on the board more. Enjoy the clear skys!!

Congrats, Ron and Kyle! Ive been wondering how this ordeal was going but was afraid to ask! I hope that you never have to go through anything like this ever again.

Ron & kyle Congratulations I never had any Doubts about You or kyle doing any wrongdoings. You were always in our thoughts and prayers.
and Very HAPPY TO HAVE YOU GUYS BACK

Russ

Well done !!

Ron and Kyle,

It's good to see that the law still works for the GOOD, LAW ABIDING, people that are trying to make difference in this world ...rather than working for the
A______S, and pieces of C__P that deserve nothing !!

Ron, we've been online friends for a long time & I was truly concerned about you. Selling off members of your fleet of coaches isn't something you WANTED to do, but HAD to do out of necessity. I could tell that without you saying a word & never asked for details simply out of the respect that I have for you... that's what true friends do. I'm so glad to hear the court battles are over now & everything went in your favor & send my congrats to you & your son! Maybe I should have said all this in person vs. a public post, but YOU are the main reason i'm so involved in the pro-car hobby to begin with. You cherish your fleet and in a way I feel kinda guilty having a hand in the sale of the 3 you sold off, but obviously saving your good name was worth the sacrifice. Cars can be replaced, your reputation is anoher story.
:D On a lighter note... NO you can't have the '67 M-M back... LOL :D
Glad to have you back my friend...

Hooray!

I usually NEVER one to to say I told you so...

BUT I TOLD YOU SO!

Qouted from Directors Discussion, 3-30-2009

I’m confident that you and Kyle will weather through all of this and WILL without a doubt come out victorious. There is a HUGE difference between right and wrong, most can see it and I have always known you to be on the RIGHT side.

Alright... enough celebrating! Let's get back to work getting the "D" fleet re-built and preparing for Flint!:D

Good job Ron & Kyle!

Rick

Congratulation on the victory over the deadheads. Now, times a wasting, when are you buying your next collector car to park next to your new BMW babe magnet????? :D

"Congratulations Ron and Kyle" for we all knew this to be unfounded but, you know how politics work.
Great to have you back to work!!!!

Richard

Does this mean that you will be out and about on the weekends again playing with your cars? I hope so!

We missed you at the Tri-State meeting Sunday. I kept looking out the window looking for one of your cars to pull into the parking lot. If not before, I'll see you and everyone else in Alliance for the Carnation Festival.

OH yes I had this explained to me as little administrative sacks of S--t. man goes about his business as best he can working hard in the system,. other people have noting else to do but load these little administrated sacks of s--t and place them on a catapult. then they randomly pull the string. so there you are working and hear something, you raise you head getting hit fully in the face with one of these sacks of s--t. it washes off but you still smell it for a long time.
to often we hear about these petty people who seek to gain control of something buy inventing something on some one. to often they just destroy people in there process. it sounded like you had a good relationship with the people you were serving. it's your caricature that won out. were we like to think the court system did not fail you, the truth is you did not fail the people you were sworn to serve and they did not fail you.
WAY TO GO.

I wasn't aware of the extent of the situation until this morning, so I had to check and see what had happened. Through everything that you and Kyle went through, it sounds like you kept your sense of humor, at least early on.

Back in February, you commented on the reason that the computers were taken by the Sheriff's Department...
“I was thinking there was some kind of child pornography or me naked with a goat or something,” Ronald Devies said. “The reason they had taken them was to see if Kyle had accessed them after he was terminated.”

Uh, I know that it is kinda a personal thing, but are there actually pictures of you naked with goats that you need to worry about these things? Maybe I will think twice about coming to Alliance for the Carnational Festival. I'm a little afraid now.

I hope that you still have that sense of humor now. We could alwayse use a little smile now and again. As was mentioned, it is a crime that someone would stoop this low to try and gain a little power. Truth prevailed! Again, congratulations on the outcome.

congrats

Ron and Kyle, congrats to both of you on winning your case in court. Glad to hear the court found it your way. I didn't know how they could do anything else.
Mike

Thanks Everyone

Nah- h-h-h-h no nahhhhhked pppictures with a gooooaaat. (I think) Today people keep driving by the house honking the horn at our sign in our yard saying "Thanks". A large mob is preparing tar and feathers in case our two elected trouble makers opt to not reactivate my status tomorrow night.
