I ask because my best friend bought one recently that doesn't have the original covers and wanted to show him. Also, are there replacement center pieces?
Standard '81-'82 Cadillac hubcap that was drilled to accommodate S&S centers. Close up of S&S button alone:

Also, keep in mind not all S&S coaches had the S&S center, it was a no cost option that many did not get.
Yeah, they weren't exactly attractive. Right now he has the Cadillac Fleetwood wire wheel covers on it.
