Flower Car In Action

Brad Ross

PCS Michigan Chapter President
A recent funeral procession for a local attorney/community activist used a flower car in place of the hearse. Since it is rare to see a flower car used these days, and even more rare for the casket to be carried this way, I wanted to share these photos with everyone:

The flower car and limousine are owned by the Lawrence E. Moon Funeral Home of Flint, Michigan. They have quite an impressive set of vehicles.

I've often thought when I win my next million I'd buy one and rent it out but here in Phoenix the flowers would be burnt to a brown crisp by the time I got them to the cemetary :bonk:

Our late life member Bernie DeWinter was carried to his final rest in a flower car courtesy of Carl Woerner of C.W. Coach. Bernie had requested that he not be carried in "one of those cookie-cutter hearses". I nearly lost it when I saw them putting Bernie's nameplates on the coach.
