Does this mean it's all done and going home? How long did you spend on this Ed? I think you started before I joined here.

We bought the car home in Oct of 11. It had to be moved out of were it was. We were working on Paule's 69 at the time we brought it home. So it wasn't till the fall of 12 that we got on it full time. In the spring of 13 I had open heart surgery to repair a Hart valve. Then in the cart of 14 we started treatment on a frozen shoulder that for some reason took for ever to get a diagnosed and proper treatment plan. The put me in to the cronic pain category messing around not treating it. That was a VA thing at the time. Took another 8 months to get the shoulder taken care of and 3 more to calm down the cronic pain. But this last year I was able to get off the drugs and get my life back.

So it took a little more time to do this one then the one a year I was averaging. I thank Virgle for hanging in with me on it. But she has progressed as far as we need to do here. We get it home and the couple small mechanical things noticed as I drive it can be taken car of down there.

Took off early today. My VA class was cancelled at the last minute so we did not have to work around that. The car and trailer are pulling nicely. So it's a comfortable trip. Hold up in O Neal Neb. For the night. If it had not been for that one tight turn into a gasstation in Hidden and a post I did not see it would have been uneventful. Oh will things are only new once. Now if we can quit poising it for pictures we may get it home.

Well we made it to Il. No more encounters with posts. Man every river in Ia. looks like spring run off. The corn and beans are getting harvested . But we are a little early for color at this elevation. Lovely sun set In Mt. Carol tonight.
