Im looking at General Tires Grabber HTS 235/75/15 for my car. Are these Ok for the weight of the car. I heard I should use LT tires, any recommendation?

Your Eureka really deserves white walls! The tires look like truck tires.
I also agree with Kurt that white walls are optimal.
If you are irrevocably sold on the radials, call Bill at Diamondback tires...He can order the tires and install white walls on them for you... https://www.dbtires.com/
If you are open to another option, then these are your tires: https://www.cokertire.com/890-15-firestone-3-whitewall-tire.html
I understand that the white wall options are more costly...if you are just trying to get fresh rubber on your wheels for the time that you are restoring your vehicle, then go for it; it will cost less in the short-term...long term, it will cost more when you want to change the tires to the period correct look/tire. If you can afford the bias-ply white walls now, then you will be happier with the way the vehicle sits and looks with them than with radials.
I hope this helps!
