It does have the split rear seat, which would be correct for the Amblewagon conversion, so I believe that the emblem is correct. As for other items, they wouldn't be difficult to put back on the car, since the conversion wasn't much more than adding some lighting and a cot bar. If it would be worthwhile is questionable, since the basic wagon itself is going to need a lot of work just to bring it back to life. You have to be a die hard wagon buff to want to start this project.
