If they are their non vented. I was always lead to believe the CC cars had vented wheel covers.

Kevin has vented caps on his Cadillac that is NOT a procar so that may not be the case.

Every coach I have owned have always had non-vented. I was told several times that Cadillac hubcaps that were vented are for cars with disk brakes, not CC pertinent. I have the same exact non-vented caps on my 68 Victoria.
I have seen vented as far back as 57, but not on CC. There should be someone lurking that can give a better specific answer I hope. lol
