As you all know by now I have alot of extra time on my hands due to my recent surgery, so I decided to re-read all of my TPC issues. Came across this one and it got me to think, what is everyones favorite body style of these? Remember, Im not talking coachbuilder, but styling.

I would have to say without a doubt, the cathederal.

As an ambulance fan I have to admit the carved sided hearses are truly a work of art.

For pre hospital care, any Superior high top with bullet lenses would be my top choice.

The Cathedral is nice....but I have always liked the Landau......people see a landau and people see a hearse.

I can enjoy both! My 79 M/M Landau Traditional Combination has the Cathedral theme on the inside! You can see some of it in a couple of photos posted on the Northland Chapter website Photo Archive.
