Tossing a timing chain, can mean between a relatively inexpensive repair of a few hundred dollars to needing a complete engine rebuild. I have even seen them toss a timing chain, and ruin the engine block. If I was a buyer for this vehicle, I would plan on the worse, and then hope for the best if I bought it..
