1953 National-Pontiac Landau

Now, here's something you don't see everyday. At first I thought it was a Barnette but, the seller claims it was built in Knightstown. It very well could be a National but, those coachlamps look a lot like Barnette to me. Landaus from these second-tier builders are rare. National or Branette, either way, there can't be a whole lot of these surviving.

Looks like that could be a coachbuilder's tag on the divider.

the tag on the divider says national. they we good about marking there stuff
and you will find one there in all of them
 
I have to remember to look at the link before making a comment . I have these set of pictures dated 2010. it sold for good money them a Barnett sold in Rockford a couple years ago in a divorce settlement. the square top on the doors is a dead give away for National
