I's a 1955 Chevy 2 door wagon, a 150 or 210 series since it has standard window posts. The Nomad was slanted with ribbed roof & ribbed tailgate. Neat loading door conversion, these had a 2 piece tailgate. No guess on the conversion...
who can say it's a cheap Chevy. standard wheel base. but someone converted the rear door all right. most likly one of the smaller builders closer to it's home. with out looking at things close it hard to determine if they put windows in a sedan delivery or the delivery door on a wagon.
The "sedan delivery" model had a 1 piece tailgate that lifted up, someone's aquired one possibly & made it side hinge
