June 6th-8th PCS Volunteer Chapter Meet, Harrodsburg, Kentucky.

Once again on June 6th-8th, 2014 we will be having our annual PCS Volunteer Chapter Meet and Ice Cream Social in Harrodsburg, Kentucky hosted by Larry & Jo Sanders and the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home.


Below are a schedule of events,

Friday June 6th-
Attendee arrivals and dinner on own or as group Friday night, Friday night hotel parking lot fellowship and banter following dinner.

Saturday- June 7th-
8:30 a.m.- Breakfast on your on or as group.

10:00 a.m.- Group tour to be announced! Lunch during tours as well.

4:00 p.m.- Annual Ice Cream Social at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home 304 East Lexington St. Harrodsburg, Kentucky 40330. www.alexanderandroyalty.com, 1 (800) 928-3361

After Ice Cream Social we will be having dinner at the home of Larry and Jo Sanders. Please RSVP me at j78ledford@juno.com if you plan on attending dinner.

After returning to the hotel we will have the usual Saturday night hotel parking lot banter!

Sunday June 8th-
Group breakfast at Dairy Queen for those still there before departing for home.

Saturday's tour has been set and will be of the Aviation Museum of Kentucky at the Bluegrass Airport at Lexington, Kentucky. Admission is $8.00 per person. Full info on the museum here on their website,

Just wanted to say thank you to Larry and Jo Sanders and the funeral home staff for providing us with some great food this past weekend!! We all had a great time! It's a shame we won't have another meet until September... Boo.. Great friends- great weather- great food- yes, that's what our Volunteer Chapter Meets are all about!!!! See everyone in Berea in September!!!!!
