we made quite a bit of progress on the mechanical part of the restoration. The first pic was from 2.5 months ago, second/third pics were last week. Everything was totally rebuilt, re-plated, rewired, etc. We re-plated the original bolts with original markings (WB were gold cad 'grade 8', TR were zinc). New stainless exhaust was installed, new exhaust hangers were reproduced to factory specs by Grant Owen in New Zealand. I've located all the moldings and other parts that I needed thanks to Attilla B. Period correct gurney thanks to Dan Scully. A lot more work to do.
