a 38 ish carved panel coach you may not have seen

I was watching a film last night called Black Book, about a jewish woman who joined the dutch underground. Lo and behold this beautiful carved panel coach was in there and here is a snipped picture from the film.



The coach cannot be found in the english trailers from the film on youtube but I found the film in Dutch ( I think ) and the segment is called Zwartboek 1.

and the part of the film with the coach in it is found from 20:34 to 21:47 or so in that segment.

Yes, I've seen that engrossing film as well. The coach is a 1938 Sayers & Scovill Corinthian funeral car on a LaSalle chassis.

There are several movies called black book. But not all had the same subject.
On this movie I like the part where he was in the casket and he was locked in till he ran out of air.
Man I think I would die just from the claustafobic
