Default North Carolina's oldies

Sorry I don't have the complete article. When the funeral homes quit ambulance service, a contract firm owned by Roddy Brandeis provided service under the name of Ambulance Service of Asheville (as well as Charlotte & Knoxville.) A year later, local officials decided they could provide it cheaper. This is how it began, using vans equipped somewhat similarly to Brandeis'. A few years later they switched to Suburbans, then the boxes took over. Bring 'em on!
