I'd strip out all that fiberglass insulation, and have a professional insulation company install spray foam insulation on the roof. It will keep the car cooler, and quieter. Also, make sure that they know exactly how and where the original zippers were installed, and that they duplicate the dipper stitching exactly, right down to the number of teeth per inch of the zipper itself.
