These crests are under the keyholes on all of my doors except the rear door were these provided by M-M as an option or did someone just slap them on?

I would say those are after market additions.
the wreathes were off the crest on the rear pillar. there peal and stick style. people like to use them like this for dress up. they weren't a vary expensive thing from and GM parts department. but the gm ones the sticks crossed so I would agree these are aftermarket ones.
Ok good to know, ill be taking these off then but I will replace them with the authentic look Cadillac wreaths I knew the styling was different thats why I asked, I like the way it looks so ill buy the right style and put them on eventually
they are a farily common add on. and they do dress up the car. time flys on you when your have fun. I know the 90s FWD fleetwoods used them on there back piller.
