Ohhh... very nice!
So, for my inexperienced eyes, what exactly is it? Was it a dealer model? A promotional model? It almost looks like a trophy or award that would be given out. I'm asking because I have never seen it or one like it.
Regardless of it's origin, it is like I said above... Very Nice!

Charles may like it, Tony, but for some strange reason I want it.:D You should know that it looks like, well like my 1978, shouldn't it have gone with that car!

Read The Professional Car. Number 59, First Quarter 1991. For the "REAL" thing, search The Northland Chapter Archives for 1978 Miller-Meteor. It is now owned by Dan Herrick of Chatham, New York.

.........that the owner of such a car would bring it to the PCS Mid-Michigan Chapter Micro-Meet so it could take home a ribbon!!!!!! Especially since there is a direct flight from MPS to FNT.

Brady,
I wanted to bring little Piqua Princess to Flint, but the weather worried me. You get a little snow covering the roof of this baby and she's lost in the drifts.
Dan,
You don't want this car! Heck, the beacon doesn't match, the hubcaps are wrong, and the roof is vinyl! Having a car like mine seen with a car like yours could jeopardize that senior award status. :p

I would not bet on my not wanting that car! Imagine the fun I could have at meets running a contest, “What’s the difference?”
You know like the puzzles that show you two pictures and you have to figure out what is different between them.:D
could it be we just started that contest?

Looks very familiar to me, especially with the clearly-visible nameplate. This model was made for me by a friend in Colorado when I owned the real car.

That same Colorado friend of yours, if I'm not mistaken, also made this mini-version of your 1979 Superior Cadillac Transport ambulance ... a gem which I have had the distinct privilege of being 'caretaker' of for the past 10 years!

Now, hmmm  ... if I could just convince that VERY talented gentleman (J.L.) to create a 'clone' of my 1973 M-M Volunteer as well!!! ;)

Yes, Dave, he is the same model builder. He built a 1979 Superior Sovereign limousine combination for me (the one used in the Superior 1978-1979 ads), and also a down-sized Miller-Meteor Cadillac ambulance, built on the same chassis.
