I had forgotten about having these also. Made by Road Champs in the mid 1990s.
Probably not PCS sanctioned at a meet, but the play value of these is incredible. I know, they give the wrong idea to kids about hearses, but I couldn't resist picking them up when I had the chance.

They are spring loaded and when you push the hood ornament skull, the coffin "springs" out of the back and the monster of your choice pops out. I have had shot the monsters across my desk more times than I can count over the years.
