I haven't seen any of the 57 Chevy hearse, but I did get these at Walmart. I really didn't expect to find any ever, but I was very happily surprised :D

I didn't think I would find these at the local WM. I was very surprised and excited. There were less than 7 Lesney Edition on the self and three were hearses. :071:
I forgot to post last week I found a couple of Ecto-1s at Big Lots.

Got my 57 Chevy Hearse off eBay. Best way to shop and save gas. I like this blue hearse and just bought on off eBay too for $5. Oh yeah, I did pay $4.95 for shipping but keep this in mind. By the time you jump in the car and drive all over the place attempting to find one of these beauties the amount you spend on gas will exceed the $5 in shipping costs. Just my thoughts.

How much are you paying for shipping on this stuff? I would buy it all off ebay, but I can't seem to find any $4 cars that don't have $5 extra for shipping.

I'm to much of a cheapskate. I'm not giving 5 bucks for a 2 dollar car and 5 bucks shipping. because some one knows some one in the shipping dock, gets there midnight and grabs them all to resell. so keep looking. one or two will pop up for 2 bucks and 5 shipping or 5 bucks and 2 shipping. the best is 2 bucks each for 3 and 5 bucks shipping. got all my 63's that way. just had to Wait a month after everyone had them.

I know what you mean Ed when you look through the cars hanging there then "BAM!" you see the treasure before your very eyes. First reaction is you cannot believe it's there then you snatch that thing so fast you almost rip the hanger down with it.,
I had that experience today when I swung by the Wal*Mart and thought I would cruise the diecast lot and there they were!!!!
Got three today.....

:agree: To find one on the shelf you are like this :071::bounce::circle:
I buy all I find. When I go to the Auto Fair I look at all the vendors that sale Matchbox and Hotwheels cars. The last time I went I walked in and the man said "no, I don't have any hearses". I ask every time if he has any hearses. But he did have a Ecto-1, I have it now.
The one that I really need is the Super Fast hearse. Like Ed said, I hate paying $5 for the shipping on Ebay.

I would do some trading, but again it's the shipping that kills the deal. Guess I'll just wait to hit the swap meets...

PM me address and I'll mail you one at no charge. Ater all this is what the PCS is all about. Hell, Ed has sent me plenty of stuff at no charge as well as Paul and a host of others and I will never forget Bill Leverett who sent me a scroop stretcher and cot mattress for free. That is the PCS spirit.

Richard, That gold ambulance is a Wal-Mart exclusive. You lucky dog to have found three! I have not found the gold or the red ambulances yet.
The Johnny Lightning 1957 Chevy Hearse is also out there. I picked up several the other day.
I will not pay the prices on eBay that a lot of people want to charge. I am very fortunate to have a list of stores literally on my way home from work. I pass a K-Mart, a Wal-Mart, Kraynak's (my favorite Ma & PA department store, they carry a lot of toys!), a Big Lots and several Dollar Generals. If I want to go a little out of my way, I can also hit several Ollie's discount stores. I found several cases of 2009 Holiday Hot Wheels with the green Custom Cadillac flower car in them at Ollie's at $1.50 each. I had to wait a year for that green flower car, but I didn't have to pay the eBay prices for them.
