Lubrication
#2 Door 3-way hinges

Lubricate the upper and lower side door hinges by the use of the Alemite grease fitting located on each hinge strap at the hinge pin.
It is recommended that Lubriplate #2737 or its equivalent be used at intervals not to exceed 60 days...

and what year has the fittings. "picture" If I have seen a alemite grease fitting I never knew what I was looking at

I know from 69-76 at least other years sure of. If you look in the hinge pocket for the second door you will see the grease fitting on each hinge. On the Superiors up to I think 75? You take out the small round plug on the 3-way table and on the top of the allen bolt that holds the table to the acme screw ,you fill this recess with 30wt and it lubricates the acme screw that moves the table in and out.
