The question is, how did you stumble across it ( I had seen it previously). This was taken early last summer. If you explore other areas of Windsor on Google maps, please excuse the mess. WE were going thru a 4 month Public Works (garbage, parks & rec, day care)strike at the time. Labour lost. The City has since eliminated over 200 positions (eliminated municipal daycare because the dollars spent won't buy twice as many day care spots in the private sector and contracted out garbage collection and parking enforcement).

Never thought about using that feature, I found two vintage fire apparatus in and around the mountain.

Lots of fire apparatus along the roads, one ambulance, military type.
