I play an online trivia game and today one of the questions contained this gem: In Tremonton, Utah, it is against the law for awoman to have sex with a man while riding in ____________. The correct answer was AMBULANCE. Ya gotta wonder how this kind of thing stays on the books!

I was in state government for 14 years. I drafted and co-wrote EMS legislation which some of it passed and is now law. I can tell you exactly why this law is still on the books. No one ever complained and those involved were more careful where they parked the ambulance.

Anyone ever watched "Mother, Jugs, & Speed"?

Obviously, the law was written after a similar incident, where the folks involved said, "....but it's not illegal!" Then it was.

I knew of one of those situations (that I was not involved in). I can't tell the exact story on a family-friendly website, but knowing the folks involved, it makes my skin crawl.....:puking: Just glad I never rode in that rig.
