Most of you know how fond I am for professional cars. We recently bought a 91 mercury marquis with 40k actual off ebay, black with red leather like new. We were looking through the glovebox a few days ago as interesting things sometimes end up there and found a repair ticket for a name that had the ring of a funeral home. I quickly got my yellow book out and sure enough they existed so figured they used for a lead car on funerals at one time. Figure odds of buying a car and it ending up being former funeral related. I love it.

Sounds like a really nice car,and the funeral home link is cool too!!!I am quite fond of 88 thru 91 crown vic's & grand marquis.Especially station wagons. i've owned over a dozen of these cars over the years.presently own an 89 ford country squire wagon,it's my daily driver.still runs like new @ 129 K.:weneedpics_smi:
