Would someone please post a picture of a correct 1958 Superior Data Plate/Plaque?

Superiors were pretty standard stuff. I would guess the one pictured in the to pop Rocky is what it would have been. I should have a picture at home. I check when we get back. They were using the older logo then just don't know if it was on there tag.
