My new Criterion has a Federal PA100 siren/PA driving two CP100 speakers. I'm not familiar with this model, nor have I seen it before. Does anyone have any info? Thanks!

Oops! I meant to say "PA100 siren" and not "PA100 speaker" in the title line. Silly Doug!!!!

Doug, I had one in my Lifeliner when I got it. Mine was not a working siren so it was removed and a Federal Interceptor installed.

This should help regarding the PA100 siren. Not a website but an informational page.

Great info. Thanks, folks!

Richard, where was the main electronics unit for your control head/siren combo mounted?

Mounted down on the floor by the passengers feet. Look at the top picture and you'll see the amp mounted to the floor.

Hey Doug, top picture shows the new invertor on the drivers side that is red. In the 2nd picture if you look close there is a massive coil thing in front of the brake master cylinder, that is the old invertor. With the new one if I want to utilize the outlets on the inside of the ambulance (such as at the upcoming Christmas parade) I'll just hook it up directly to the battery.
