Are you referring to the plastic lens in front of the speedometer, or as your title says, the dash cover? The speedometer and lens, should be the same as any 1959 through 1964 commercial chassis car, and the same as a 1959 - 1960 Cadillac passenger car. I might be able to look it up in the parts book, but you need to be specific as to exactly what you are looking for, since the "dash" is made up of a large number of individual parts.

If its just the lens, have you taken it apart and cleaned it from the inside? Dust can build up in it. I know it drives me insane and it seems every time I buy a different car I have to take it all apart and clean the backside.

If you are referring to the instrument cluster Paul is 100% right about the cluster interchange. Getting at the cluster is not too bad. But great care needs to be taken not to crack the dash top if its OK as with age they have gotton brittle. The cluster bolts to the dash top so you have to take the screws out of the dash top and lift it up and unplug the IGN. SW to get access to remove the cluster nuts..

as it plastic one can take it apart and polish it if that's your only problem with it. if some one has spilled some thing that has attacked the plastic it might not be salvageable then look for one you can get the lens out of. you got to go threw the same to get it out either way, R&R or R&I.

I assume that you have the ignition key? You will need to first remove the ignition cylinder before you can remove the ignition switch bezel. This is a safety feature built in by GM to prevent theft.
I have had good luck polishing plastic lenses with Maguires Cleaner / Polish that comes in the purple bottle for cleaning and waxing your paint. Does a great job of removing fine scratches, but it does take a lot of time and effort to get it perfect. Work a small section at a time, rubbing with the polish on a piece of 100% cotton tee shirt material in a horizontal direction. Then when it looks good, do the same thing in a vertical direction, until it looks perfect. Also works well on tail lamp lenses.
