Found interesting how some equipments can be transferred from a car to another. Is someone can identify these tunnel/flashers lights?

To me it looks like some Cotner-Bevington top lights but can it be something else?

I actually had a pair of them that I sold not too long ago. I have seen photos of several ambulances using those for "tunnel lights".
